So exciting to see Tiffany & Caitlin from Reaction Theatres at our group meeting yesterday to set a date for drama group to begin at The Cube in Malvern. It starts on Tuesday 8th March. Hooray!

Today's litter pick with Tony, Dave, Robina and a special guest appearance by Ben. We also put flowers down at lock 4 for Pete Middleton who is sorely missed. Finishing with coffee at the Worcester commandry cafe. Yes sir 3 bags full today.

Peter Middleton: Tribute from Creating Links

Pete was a much valued, respected and well loved member of St Paul’s Creative Group. He had been a member for several years and he will be sorely missed for his great sense of fun and ability to discuss at length on any topic as he had such a fund of knowledge and life experience. He was a very caring person, protective of others and loved being in nature, feeding the swans by the canal and always had treats to give to dogs walking by. He was somewhat of a Renaissance man as he could turn his hand to anything, he had been writing a fantastic story aimed at 9-14 year age range and had been a successful business man. We shall miss him dreadfully when we litter pick along the canal as his favourite spot was by bridge 4 where he was well known for helping canal boats go through the Commandery lock. He had a spot nearby which he maintained meticulously and the Creative Group, now called Creating Links, Worcester will plant bulbs there and keep his spot tidy in his memory.
