Today was the day I said goodbye to ‘Big Blue’! A special canvas as I’ve used detail images from this piece for so many other items including coasters, placemats, pill-pots, mirrors, mugs, mouse mats, greetings cards and acrylic blocks. So despite it going to a new home here in Worcester, I’ll still have the reminders of this truly unique work.

🌿 DAY 2 – WORCESTER OPEN STUDIOS! 🎨

It’s day two and the doors are open at 11am at Venue 51 in central Worcester! Come and have a browse, meet the artist and discover a colourful mix of original artwork, jewellery, gifts and homeware. ✨

There’s plenty to see and it’s great for handmade unusual gift ideas. Get some Christmas shopping done early!

Only 5 days until Worcestershire Open Studios 2026. You can find a digital brochure with a list of all participants, opening days and times on my bio via Linktree. Or, if you’re passing the top end of Shrubbery Ave, near Barbourne Rd., you can pick one up from the rack at the end of my drive, which will be out during the days and early evenings as long as the weather is good.

Filling up my newly painted lounge walls and getting them into gallery mode ready for Worcestershire Open Studios! Still have more spaces to organise! Find me in the Barbourne area of Worcester, almost in the city centre, just a short walk from Foregate Street Station. I’m artist 51 in the brochure, a digital copy of which can be found in my bio via Linktree. Browse nearby artists, opening times and days, and plan your route! I’m open most days starting on Sat 22nd Aug right through the Monday 31st. NB; closed on Monday 24th and Wednesday the 26th Aug as it’s my 60th birthday!!!🥳🥂.

The lounge has been dark red ever since we moved in 20 years ago! Time for the big switch to green in time for Worcestershire Open Studios! It’s far less restrictive back drop for various colours of artwork so will give me more options for hanging canvases. Worcestershire Open Studios starts on Saturday Aug 22nd.
