The Worcester Plinth has received funding from Arts Council England to commission and display the 'Hands of Worcester'.

Exciting News. We have just received our first Arts Council England grant and it's to commission and display a new piece of public art 'Hands of Worcester' by Jessica Mary Monk. We need everyone to be part of it but for now its a massive HUZZAH and a big thankyou to ACE. Jessica, Oliver and Steve celebrate with Ivan the top team photographer.

Just had a lovely chat with some kids and parents from Lyppards School as they were walking past the Plinth (the school is 100m away). Interested in the Plinth, what's in it. the art on top and who made it etc etc. Marvellously inquisitive.
