Thinking about trying pole fitness but worried you’re “not fit enough”, “not strong enough” or “not flexible enough”?
You do not need experience, upper body strength or a fitness background to start.
At The Ashes Studio, our beginner classes are designed for complete beginners in a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone is welcome. We teach people of all ages, body types and abilities, and our classes are built to help you grow in confidence at your own pace.
Pole fitness is a full-body workout that builds strength, coordination, mobility and confidence — but the best part is that it doesn’t feel like exercise because you’re too busy having fun, learning new skills and surprising yourself with what you can achieve.
Our team are fully insured, first aid trained and passionate about creating a safe, welcoming environment where beginners can feel comfortable from day one.
Studio owner and lead instructor Pam has over 14 years of teaching experience, working with everyone from complete beginners taking their very first class through to championship-level pole athletes. Having taught internationally across multiple countries and studios, you can feel confident that you’re learning from experienced hands that genuinely care about your progress.
Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, meet new people, gain confidence or simply try something new, we’d love to welcome you into our studio.
Beginner Pole Classes:
Mondays — 7:30pm
Wednesdays — 6:30pm
Saturdays — 11:15am
Beginner Pole Course:
Thursdays — 7:30pm
Starting June 18th
6 consecutive weeks — £70
Drop-in beginner classes available for £15 per class.
No membership needed. No pressure or commitment so come and give it a try 🙂
