You do not need experience, upper body strength or a fitness background to start.

At The Ashes Studio, our beginner classes are designed for complete beginners in a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone is welcome. We teach people of all ages, body types and abilities, and our classes are built to help you grow in confidence at your own pace.

Pole fitness is a full-body workout that builds strength, coordination, mobility and confidence — but the best part is that it doesn’t feel like exercise because you’re too busy having fun, learning new skills and surprising yourself with what you can achieve.

Our team are fully insured, first aid trained and passionate about creating a safe, welcoming environment where beginners can feel comfortable from day one.

Studio owner and lead instructor Pam has over 14 years of teaching experience, working with everyone from complete beginners taking their very first class through to championship-level pole athletes. Having taught internationally across multiple countries and studios, you can feel confident that you’re learning from experienced hands that genuinely care about your progress.

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, meet new people, gain confidence or simply try something new, we’d love to welcome you into our studio.

Beginner Pole Classes:
Mondays — 7:30pm
Wednesdays — 6:30pm
Saturdays — 11:15am

Beginner Pole Course:
Thursdays — 7:30pm
Starting June 18th
6 consecutive weeks — £70

Drop-in beginner classes available for £15 per class.

At The Ashes Studio, we’re about so much more than what happens inside the studio walls. ❤️

We’ve created this space to help people feel strong, confident, supported… and most importantly, connected. That’s why we’re so excited to launch the first of many Studio Socials! 🥾🌿

On Sunday 14th June, we’re heading to the beautiful Malvern Hills for a relaxed group walk, fresh air, good conversations, lots of laughs, and a pub lunch afterwards. ☀️🐾🍻

This isn’t about fitness levels, pole ability, or whether you even come to our studio already — EVERYONE is welcome. Bring your partner, your bestie, your family, your dog, or come solo and meet some lovely new people along the way. 💛

We know how hard it can be to make friends as adults, so we want to create a genuine community where people can connect outside of classes, support one another, and just enjoy spending time together.

Once you are inverting confidently, can link 3/4 spins, can climb and are working on perfecting moves such as leg hangs/butterflys - exploring a variety of grips, this is the class for you!

This class is suitable for all levels. (Must have at least 6 class experience with basic grips and some spins) in this class Aimee will guide you through a choreographed piece to music (pole heels and kneepads required)
