Reminder to myself that being a freelancer doesn’t mean I have to be at my desk 9-5 eeeevery day.

Went to my first ever reformer class today at and now I can see what all the fuss is about !

I’m feeling all the new month, new season energy so thought I’d share a little bit about me and how you can work with me for the rest of 2026. 🤳✨🪩🌀

I’ve been a freelance social media manager for four years now, helping founders, brands and creators grow their online presence and connect with the right people.

Conscious Socials was born from a desire to support people doing good things. I work with businesses, brands and creators who are putting people, the planet and purpose at the centre of what they do.

My work spans social media management, content creation, copywriting, video editing, strategy sessions and workshops.

Swipe to find out more about my offers and availability for the next few months. DM me with any questions or to chat about working together. 💌

When you’re hosting an event, capturing content is usually the last thing on your mind, right?

Having someone there to capture:
📸 the key moments
🎤 you doing your thing
🤝 the small things you may not have noticed that made it such a success

allows you to keep telling the story long before it ends, and to promote the next one! It also means you can be fully in the moment.

I have content packages available for September onwards anywhere in the UK. Retreats, workshops, panels etc. Message me for more info.💚

Content from ’s yoga retreat in Devon last year.🧘

I have a confession. I write a to do list, even on the weekend.

I write out my plans and the tasks I need to get done in my notes app. Not because my social plans feel like a task, but the things like cleaning, washing and life admin need to get done.

(But surely I can remember them without writing them down?😅)

Tbh I think my brain still needs the dopamine of ticking things off, and I can’t shake the feeling of needing to be productive 24/7.

I’ve noticed that when Saturday morning comes I start thinking about what I can tick off, and starting the day with rest feels uncomfortable. I know. IT SHOULDN’T.

So I’m noticing it. Leaning into it. And starting the weekend lying on the sofa reading my book☕️📚🌼🌳💤

Do you ever feel something similar?

A day in the life in 20 seconds🙋‍♀️

Had the best day capturing content for .ally.talent’s IWD creator panel last week. So many gems shared and left feeling v inspired.

This is a big part of why I love what I do - being creative and capturing moments of connection and shared ideas. Worth the 4am alarm🤪

I’m currently fully booked with projects until June but if you have any summer events you’d like support capturing content for, feel free to reach out. 💚
