It's great to announce our latest member passed his audition recently and is now set to perform at his first concert in 4 weeks' time. Well done, Daniel.

That makes 6 new men who have joined this year. It may not sound many, but you all know it's tough to get men to join anything.

Last Tuesday, we were unable to use our usual rehearsal venue, so we turned the garden of our favourite pub into a one-off rehearsal space. It made a lovely change, and the proximity to the bar was an added advantage!

We had a great weekend in Harrogate at the BABS Annual Convention, achieving our best score in years and equalling last year's ninth place finish in an improving men's chorus field. A fitting send off for our departing MD Anne Fairbrother. Good luck with everything, Anne.
