With a grateful heart
From the start
For
Friend's and family
No matter
How far
Apart
All
Dear to
My heart

We all
Form a part
Of this
Path
In our hearts
And
Our heads

Your thoughts
Can't be read
But
Your
Actions will
Show
So be
Kind
As you go

For laughter
And
Chats
For those
Who
Have our backs
It's a known
Fact
That
What you
Give out
You
Get back

I'm grateful
For no lack
And all that
I have
Through
Hard times
And tears
For those
That are
Near
So
With
Nothing to
Fear
I have
A grateful heart

That such blessings
They full
Such an important
Path of my
Path

So today I say
'Thankyou'
To all that take
The time in their
Day
To think of me
Or
Just say 'Hey, You Ok?'

I'm grateful
For you
And
All
The others

'11 Years '

11 years

I waited

I wondered
I watched

I whispered sweet words

I believed
One day
Would be
The day
You
Would
Message me

Not a day
Went by
That my heart
Didn't

Sigh

Wondering
Why
You allowed
So many days
To go by

But

Never did I give up

I tried and I tried
Thinking
I would die
Still
Wondering why

As time went by
The tears
I cried
The words
I said out loud
Not losing
Faith
Believing
Against all hope
That you
Would hear
My plea
That you
Would see
The real
Me

The letter I wrote
My heart
Poured out
On paper
Never
Reaching
Your hands
I guess was
All a part of
The plan

From a distance
Our souls
Connected
And nothing
Regretted
For life is too
Short
To keep
Words and emotions
Hidden
Wasting the time
That's
Been given

11years
I wondered
I waited
Until
That day
That fate and faith
Completed
The plan
That was held
In the hands
Of time

Not mine

Time stood
Still
The chill
Of my heart
Beat again
From the start

The part

Where we began
All part of destiny's
Plan

11years

Universal number
New beginnings
Reminding us to
Trust
Inner intuition
Inner voices
Faith
No matter how hard
Guard your heart
Protect that special
Part
No matter how far apart
An
End
Is just a brand new start

Connections
Of
The heart
Can never
Be kept apart .
