If you’ve been sitting on the fence get off and come along!! You won’t regret it.. we have fun sweat and move to some good music! Zumba is not only good for your Physical health but it’s great for your mental health too❣️

First class is 🆓! £6 pay as you go from then on

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE 🎉🎉

Hope you’ve all had a fab Christmas and some well needed time off and family time 🫶

I for one have eaten far too much and really need to get my body moving again and drinking my 2 litres of water a day🤦‍♀️ I feel really bleurgh🐷

So classes will be starting back this week

💃 First class is free so come along and give it a try! It’s than £6 on the door each week with a loyalty card scheme too ☺️

Lots of room for newbies - we’re a friendly bunch of mixed ages and abilities so don’t panic if you’ve never done Zumba before but want a fun and friendly class to get your body moving to some good music 🎶

Moving your body and excersise is proven to help you destress 💃 what’s even better is Zumba is the FUN way to work out!

Enjoy good music, good vibes, a great support network and none of that dread of having to drag yourself to the gym!💪 in fact if you don’t feel your best but still get yourself along to a Zumba class chances are you’ll walk out feeling so much better!🤩

Hi all, sorry to say I will be cancelling tonight’s Zumba class due to the heat! I think for mine and all of yours safety it’s best not to do a hit workout in 30degree heat 🥵 please pass the message onto anyone else you know attends othe old hate for someone to turn up
