Beat the winter blues by joining Francis Goodhand for a gentle sing on Wednesday mornings at Leiston Library.
Our Tonic: Singing for Health workshops are fun and friendly seated singing sessions for adults, suitable for all levels and musical interests.
Particularly suited to those who are living with health or mobility challenges, or need their spirits lifting, each session offers an hour's singing and free cuppa and chance to chat.
No need to book, just turn up - all are welcome and it's completely free. Why not give it a try this January?
If you are interested to see what goes on but not sure if it's for you, all are warmly invited to join us this Wed 17th Dec at 10:30 to hear a few festive tunes and enjoy some seasonal refreshments.
