Trinity Musical Theatre Company is a West Midlands based NODA affiliated amateur musical theatre group that has focused on the operettas of G&S in the past, and are moving into the future by extending our show repertoire beyond G&S. We perform one show per year and supplement this with fund raising concerts which have a different theme each year, are eclectic and showcase our members' abilities t

o be versatile. Founded in 1935 at Trinity Methodist Church, Compton Road Wolverhampton, the Society's aim is to keep G&S at its heart whilst also appealing to a wider audience who will hopefully then become converts!

Our Story

Trinity Musical Theatre Company is a West Midlands based NODA affiliated amateur musical theatre group . With an 83 year history of performing, the last 3 years have seen huge changes in the company which continues to evolve and improve itself year on year. The growing membership reflects the interest locally in Musical Theatre, and the desire to be part of a warm and encompassing group of like-minded people

We perform one show per year and supplement this with fund raising concerts which have a different theme each year, are eclectic and showcase our members' abilities to be versatile.

Other regular events include our ‘Musiquiz’ quiz nights. As a company which was founded in 1936 as a Gilbert and Sullivan Society at Trinity Methodist Church, Compton Road, Wolverhampton, we still have the aim of the original society at our heart: to bring quality musical theatre based entertainment to local people, and enjoy ourselves in the process.
