h of knowledge and experience to your lessons. Classes that work on your strength, your flexibility, cardio vascular training and fat burn and most importantly they help you to build your confidence up. Sally-ann has received tremendous great feedback over the years (feel free to check out our reviews) and she creates a friendly atmosphere, great vibes and lots of giggles. All classes are adult only so the minimum age to attend the lessons is 18 years old. The classes that Sally-ann provides are for up to 3 people and they are priced at £35 per hour. That's £35 for 1-1 training or £35 shared between 2 or 3 people. These classes create that personal feel so they are aimed towards those who prefer smaller class numbers so if you have a buddie (or 2) who would like to come and try out Pole or any of our other classes that Sally-ann provides, just drop her a WHATSAPP message to:
