Lots of Hospital appointments the last few weeks so i do apologise for being all over the place with opening times. I have started writing them on my front door so people know if im going to be open or closed.

Thank f*ck for Reiki and my other complimentary therapies to keep me grounded. Id be a mess without them!
People ask me somtimes well if they are so magical why cant they cure you. Well you haven't seen me without them, they suppliment not replace medical care thats why they are called complimentary therapies.
Ive seen Reiki and crystal do some amazing things they've changed my life and thats why I love offering them to my clients. Without them my pain levels go up and my energy levels drop its such a delicate balance but its amazing the long term effects of these therapies on myself. It helps calm my mind, be more aware of myself, takes the edge off of my pain levels so they are manageable. It gently helps to support every day life and thats why I love them.
Everyone experiences healing differently because we are all individual people.
