Im not quite sure what to say other than I’m absolutely chuffed to bits to have been selected as a finalist in this years Explorers Against Extinction competition. My artwork “not your average dog” has made the final 100 pieces to be exhibited in London and Edinburgh later this year and it will be auctioned off to raise vital funds for wildlife and conservation projects all across the globe.

This is a recent drawing of mine which I’m thrilled to share with you all! It’s my recent entry for the annual art competition hosted by . It’s a fantastic art fundraising initiative which helps to raise awareness about species facing extinction as well as helping to raise viral funds to fight it.

It’s the first art competition that I have ever entered and I want to shout out a special thanks to Mauritz de Villiers for the incredible photo which I referenced from

I am really pleased with this piece and whilst the medium of is quite time consuming and fiddly at points I really have loved working on an art piece for my own enjoyment 😊

This has been such a fun portrait! I'm so lucky to have some lovely clients with gorgeous animals to draw!
