Jenergy Hoops is back! Woo hoooooop!

I've dusted off the hula hoops so it's time to get back into performing, I love putting on a show but also it's great for my mind body and soul as well.

Summer is coming, holiday is booked, time to shed some pounds in the best way possible... Hula Hooping!

Now off to perform for the lovely residents of the Poldhu Care Home⭕❤️⭕❤️

Hula hoop lessons went well today thankyou to those that joined me at the Killacourt.
The girls were amazing they picked up new tricks and transitions which we made into a routine to finish off our lesson.
Lessons will continue next Saturday 9am in the beautiful place with this stunning backdrop💚💜💛
