Wonderment is partnering with the lovely Mindzown on the 31st August.

This is a great calm and creative wellbeing session just in time for the kids to return to school.

Suggested age 7+

Parents are welcome to stay for the first 10 minutes to help children settle in. After this, we suggest that the parents to leave so the children can enjoy their calm, creative time independently. They can return for the Wonderment crafts 💕

MindzOwn Wellbeing Session — 1:10pm to 3:40pm (2.5 hours)

1:10–1:45 — Theme 1: Emotions

Activity: Emotion Jar

Understanding feelings

Emotional labelling

1:45–2:00 — Short Break

Water, toilet, gentle chat, free colouring table or scratch art.

2:00–2:40 — Theme 2: Self‑Kindness

Activity: Self‑Love Card

“I am…” statements

Decorating with stickers

Writing kind messages to themselves

2:40–3:10 — “I Am…” Bracelet Craft

Beads representing positive qualities
Calming, mindful activity
Children take home their bracelet

3:10–3:30 — Guided Meditation

A gentle, relaxing meditation to end your session
“Calm Body, Calm Mind” or “Kind Thoughts”

🌈 Wonderment Crafts Session — 3:30pm to 5:00pm (1.5 hours)

Emotion themed crafts and cupcake decoration in true Wonderment style for parents and children 💕💕
