This, this brings tears to my eyes every time I watch it, even more so now..Matts first time playing here and after performing two 45 minute sets he pulled this out of the bag, to me it was a joy to behold.. 😊😊😊

Here at The Blues Barn, I don't think of it as a venue, it's more of a family get together, once your invited to play or watch, you become part of my life, my history and my family,so it's truly devastating to lose one of our own,
Matthew Long was truly a colossal person, gentle, kind and a complete joy to be around, he played here three times in all and each time was excellent, he brought me and the audience joy, tears and chills, when he sang and played, at times you could hear a pin drop, that was how much he captivated everyone when he performed, I don't take it lightly that he came here three times because this is a tiny place to play and for any artist, I'd say it not financially great either, so to come here three times, means an enormous amount to me and I will let his presence for ever stay, as long as there's a Blues Barn
