📢 WE’RE HIRING – CREW MEMBER
With Key Holder / Shift Leader Responsibilities
📍 Witham Laser Quest
We’re looking for a reliable, confident and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team who will also take on the additional responsibility of being a Key Holder / Shift Leader when required.
Please note: Your job position will be Crew Member. Key Holder / Shift Leader is a responsibility within the role and is not a separate job position.
🔞 Applicants must be 18+
📋 Contract: Zero-Hour
🕓 REGULAR AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
Thursday – 4pm–10pm
Saturday – 4pm–10pm
Sunday – 4pm–10pm
🔫 AS A CREW MEMBER YOU’LL:
• Run Laser Quest sessions
• Welcome and look after customers
• Assist with bookings and payments
• Help keep the venue clean, safe and ready for customers
• Work as part of the wider venue team
• Help deliver a great customer experience
🔑 WHEN ACTING AS KEY HOLDER / SHIFT LEADER YOU’LL ALSO:
• Open and close the venue
• Take responsibility for the venue during the shift
• Lead and support other Crew Members
• Deal with customer queries and issues
• Make decisions when required
• Ensure venue procedures and safety standards are followed
👀 WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
✅ Is 18 or over
✅ Can regularly work Thursday, Saturday & Sunday, 4pm–10pm
✅ Is reliable and comfortable taking responsibility
✅ Is confident leading and supporting others
✅ Has great customer service skills
✅ Can stay calm and make decisions when needed
✅ Is happy working independently and as part of a team
