This is the home of Open Mic with the Fabulators. Our current venue is The George, Winslow, on the first Friday of every month. There's a lot of open mic nights out there, but they're not all the same! If you're a novice looking for your first public performance, come and see us - we'll look after you! We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, supportive atmosphere. If you've been to other open m
ics and had bad experiences.....this one's different. system and we'll work to make you sound as good as you ever have, in the kind of environment that lets you relax and be the best you can be. If you're a seasoned performer - well, we hope you'll be pleasantly surprised by what we do and how we do it, and enjoy finding a new audience, catching up with old friends and meeting new ones. Put your name on the board, and that's where you are in the running order. Good house guitar and (almost always) house keyboard provided. All welcome but focus is on acoustic music ( rather than poetry, comedy, Mp3 backed vocalists) Anyone over the age of 14 is welcome, but we would ask that 14 - 17 year olds have an adult in tow!
