BREAKING NEWS:
I have been kindly invited by the team behind Nottingham Goose Fair Model Show to attend this years event. I can't attend without anything NEW and this one is a big one. To be revealed for the very first time. I found something very very special this summer that I thought was gone after the theft of all my drawings in the early nineties... A drawing that I did of Goose Fair in the eightees... So old in fact you can see the old show line... Betty Allens Snake Girl, Jimmy Appletons Tiny Tim, Ron Taylor's Boxing Booth, J Wheatleys Mouse Town, J Appleton Samantha the Iguana Girl.... 'Seeing is believing' you know where to go if you want to see this. Meanwhile please help support and celebrate

My second travelling Fun Fair of the 2026 back end run of travelling Fun Fairs will be Thame, Oxfordshire any local expert of this Fair that would like to join me as I map out all of the attractions, please let me know. This is a NEW Fair for me. If any showmen of the supporting attractions would like to be included in the drawing with their equipment please let me know as I circle the Fair. Also let me know if you would like to reserve a copy... Or if you would like to commission a drawing. Several Showmen have asked me to do this lately, thank you... See you at Thame

Drawing No: 123 - Wirral Summer Festival 2026, fairground presented by Dale Cubbins Now in year number 4, the fair grows every year, now with 13 big rides. NEW this time was John Collins 'Super Bowl' (Having attended many years ago when the Wirral Show stood on the same ground) also NEW Elliot Cubbins 'Stealth Bomber', Paul Warwicks Wheel, Joewilliam White presenting the familes 'Super Star'... The New Brighton Summer Festival 2026 is held on the dips of the promonade, one day this event has the potential to reach the size of the huge Fun Fair, when the Wirral Show was on the same site .... Food and Drink and family attractions are a big part of this event.

Drawing No 122:
Boston May Fair 2026 in Lincolnshire, UK, is one of England’s oldest, dating back over 900 years. The fair began around 1125, with stalls set up by monks in the St. Botolph’s churchyard, becoming a major trading point for wool. Its formal royal charter was granted in 1218.
Originally a massive medieval trading event for wool and luxury goods, like lots of charter fairs up and down the country it evolved into a modern fairground. NEW at this Fair for 2026 was Jamie Clark with his 'Tornado' Twist

Knutsford Royal May Day 2026: The Lancashire, Cheshire and North Wales Section of the Showmens Guild of Great Britain's - Premier travelling Fun Fair and one of my favourite fairs.
