This inclusive, friendly and accessible class is designed for anyone who wants to move mindfully from home. Using a chair for support, we gently stretch, strengthen and release tension while creating space to breathe, reset and move mindfully.

It’s also more than a class — it’s a community. A chance to check in, move together and start the day with positive energy.

No experience needed.
Just bring yourself, a chair and a cup of tea for a post class natter.

This morning in our 4Motion Online Community Chair Yoga class we took a moment to slow down, breathe together and reflect on the power of community.

At the end of class we shared a beautiful poem about unity, hope and sending love out into the world (Gosh, doesn’t the world need more love atm). It perfectly captures the spirit of these Friday mornings — gentle movement, connection and positive energy.

20th year | New Intentions | Community Mission

As we step into 2026, we want to send a heartfelt thank you to our incredible team & YOU, our wonderful community - THANK YOU💛. 2025 was a year of connection, creativity & learning, & now we’re heading into 2026 with renewed energy, clarity & excitement.

💥 2025 highlights
• Over 30 online wellbeing classes a month (yoga, meditation, wake-up workouts)
• LISTEN UP youth consultation project with 300+ young people
• Wholesome Wellbeing Day Retreats
• Plant-based catering collaborations
• Creative workshops at festivals & community events
• Summer youth projects
• Positive partnerships with schools, freelancers & organisations
• A year of training in youth mental health, autism & LD awareness, Parkinson’s & intergenerational community work
• Successful funding from NHS Peninsula Cancer Alliance — launching our cancer-focused community outreach very soon 👀

2025 also marked a year since moving on from our Studio & Café, giving us space to reflect on 19-years of 4Motion. There were tears, honest conversations & moments of letting go — helping us reconnect with what matters most & decide how we move forward with integrity & positive impact.

🎂 Hello 2026 — our 20th year!
In November, 4Motion turns 20 & we’re ready to celebrate with lots of dancing, yoga, time in nature, deep connection & plenty of plant-based food 🌱. We’re also setting a bold goal for the next decade:

👉 To positively impact 1-million people by 2036, helping people MEET – EAT – MOVE – REPEAT.

🌍 Our 2026 intentions:
To continue to build a truly inclusive, fun & vibrant intergenerational community, working with all ages & abilities to keep people moving, connected & heard. Our 4️⃣ focuses for 2026:

Oh my, do we have a blissful wellness treat for you? Oh yes we do!

✨ Imagine this - a friendly welcome from the talented Elsa , encouragement to relax and nestle in to your space, a blanket to keep you cosy, a bolster to support. And then, 1-hour of deeply relaxing sounds, beautifully curated by Elsa to soothe and calm your mind and body.

This sound bath is truly the most relaxing experience and the perfect treat for this often busy, full festive season.

For your comfort we recommend bringing your own cushion, cosy socks, your favourite blanket and an eye mask if you wish.

💪🏼 Big thanks to some of our online Wake Up Workout crew who wonderfully captured their thoughts about the positive impact WUWO has had on their life.

👆🏻Now this is how we like to kick start the day - moving to awesome tuuunnnes, jumping around to wake up the body and mind, and share smiles with our super friendly community - this is our WAKE UP WORKOUT!

We literally roll out of bed at 6:30am (some at 6:44am!!😂), throw on our kit, log onto zoom and get ready to be motivated and lead by our two fab WUWO teachers - Caitlin and Becky . In just 30-minutes the body feels alive, the brain alert ready for the day and we’ve ticked the ‘workout-for-the-day’ box ✅ - BOOM!💥

There is something for everyone and modifications for all levels of fitness, so come join our lovely 4Motion Online Community for these two fun filled work out sessions. Everyone is welcome🙏🏻.

✨ The perfect unwind to start the week

Yin Yoga is a beautiful slow paced practice that encourages the body to slow down, rest and restore. Our monthly Yin Yoga workshop is perfect for everyone, from complete beginners to those wanting to slow down their dynamic practice, anyone wanting to ease any stress or simply looking to slooooowwww down.

The wonderful Ify will guide you through a peaceful class, demonstrating asana’s (postures) that are held longer to feel the benefits of deep stretching and moving at a slower pace.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Studio on Monday 21st July, 7:45-8:45pm.
