Instead of Ride & Stride in Wi******er this Saturday (13th), the choir will be Singing & Striding our way around. If you see this sign outside then we’re singing inside - so come and take the weight off and have a listen to some wonderful songs in lovely venues. Timings are as follows:
1100 United Reform Church
1200 Christchurch
1300 Cathedral
1400 St John’s
1500 St Lawrence
1600 Quaker House
And then to the Wykeham Arms for some much needed refreshment!

We were delighted to sing at Barton Stacey Church Fete this afternoon. Of course it rained! Thank to everyone who watched and cheered us on! And a special thank you to Myrtle who was the bestest girl while we sang, as well as winning 3rd place in the ‘Waggiest Tail’ competition. A successful afternoon all round!

Last night we had a wonderful evening bringing our International Folk Songs concert to a delightful audience at All Saints Church at Barton Stacey. So many came we had to find extra chairs. And a standing ovation at the end may have made the room a little dusty for a fair few of us! We’re so very grateful to everyone who came and supported us. Here’s one of the songs we sang - the Norwegian folk song Bruremarsj fra Lødingen.
