TONIGHT is our popular Open mic, Spoken Word Event! With the weather being so lovely we are going to host this wonderful event in our beautiful secret-garden, exciting! Everyone is welcome to this free event. Doors open at 7.00pm and performance is at 7.30pm. See you later!

Our next Spoken Word event is on Thursday 14th April at the SEED Cafe from 7.00pm.
After the success of all the very talented musicans and poets that have been coming along, we'd love to also offer the mic to local comedians too. Everyone is welcome to this free event. Mics and sound system are provided.

Hello all, I thought I'd post a poem I wrote back along which I feel is relevant to these times... I hope you are all well and safe and keeping yourself mentally healthy. If you are feeling overwhelmed or down how about you get a pen and paper and jot it down. It doesn't even have to be a poem. When we remove our thoughts and put them on to paper we can begin to feel a weight has been lifted. Sending lots of love all your way!
