I’m sending extra love and strength to those of you with anxious children. 😢

❤️ The drawn on hearts you hope to give them (and you) strength.
❤️ The breakfast hardly touched because they were too nervous to eat. (Despite it being their favourite)
❤️ The comforters on the car seat, waiting to see them again at pick up.
❤️ The bags and shoes that won’t even make it out the house today.

For many of us the start of a new school term isn’t a happy time at all, it’s feeling every opposite emotion and it’s HARD.
No sweet photo by the front door or happy moments in the playground. It’s a very different experience to the one you see everyone else share.

I know only too well how you’re feeling, so wanted to send you some love and strength as you now try to go about your day and not worry. ❤️💪🏻

What did you do to help your child go into school today? Any tips to share?

I’m a big summer sunshine fan, but do enjoy the autumn months too. Love seeing all the leaves turn vibrant shades of red, orange, yellow and brown. ❤️🧡💛🤎 (sweeping them all from my driveway - not so much!!)

It’s a big week for lots of families as many get ready for school to start. For some it’s their first time (lots of love to you mammas) and others are returning for the next academic year. I’m wishing you all the best of luck - it’s never an easy transition. 🥰💪🏻

I’ve decided our theme this week at Moo Music BH West is ‘Back To School’

- ⁠We’ll practice our ABC’s and 1,2,3’s!
- ⁠Enjoy a mini music and PE class.
- All the time learning through lots of movement and play. 🤩

🌴 It’s good to giggle! 🌴

Laughing is great for you and your well being, having a good old giggle releases feel-good endorphins, lifting your mood and lowering stress. 🙌🏻

I’m lucky that I get to laugh a lot in this job - both in my sessions with all you lovely families and on my own doing the ‘behind the scenes’ work!! 😆

The funny thing is at first I hadn’t realised how I had it positioned and then I started wiping……. 🤣🫠

We are teaming up to bring you a fully fun packed Halloween Special - how very exciting! 🤩

More details will be shared soon, but expect spooky singing, devilish dancing, ghostly games, themed sensory play, magic potions, photo opportunities, sweet treats, refreshments and more….

⭐️ Intergenerational Moo ⭐️

It was so lovely running this session during the holidays, while my weekly classes are paused.

We enjoyed lots of singing and explored many different instruments in our ‘Music Makers’ theme. 🎶

There were beautiful interactions, lots of smiles and some very yummy homemade cakes!🧁🍰

We all enjoyed a really special, heart warming time together. 🥰 (as always)
