Come along ...Join us this Friday 15th Sept 1 - 5pm drop in at The Centre, Newlyn for an Autumnal Feast (bring and share) followed by a 'Performance Party' to celebrate Katherine's 80th Birthday ( along with other summer/autumn birthdays including George, Debs and Tina).

Do you like movement, music, dance and creative improvisation?
Do you like the opportunity to perform new, devised work in interesting places?
Do you like the idea of doing this with likeminded people?
Then Shallal2 might be something for you to try!
Shallal2 is a performance company based in Falmouth. The name comes from being a ‘sister group’ to the well known, Newlyn based, Shallal Dance Theatre.
Shallal2 has been running for ten years, meeting weekly during school term times. During the past decade many original shows have been created, based around different themes, art exhibitions and heritage sites. Performance venues have included Falmouth Art Gallery, Porthmeor Studios, Gyllingdune Gardens,
Wheal Martyn, Royal Cornwall Museum, Playfest, Holifield Farm,
Falmouth University and Hall For Cornwall.
The company is made up of a range of people from different backgrounds, of different ages and abilities. What we have in common is the desire to create new and exciting movement based performance, using a diverse range of music, often including spoken word, poetry and comedy. If that appeals to you why not come along to a session? Adults and accompanied children welcome.
We are now at The Dracaena Centre, Falmouth meeting term time on Wednesdays 5 – 6.30pm.
