Our autumn menu has officially landed! 🍂

We’ve been busy behind the scenes making a few seasonal changes to our main menu, and we’re so excited for you to try them!

Think Cajun mushrooms, crispy polenta chips & dip, porchetta and beetroot… plus a few more new dishes we think you’re going to love.

Of course, we’ve kept plenty of your Compamigos favourites too. We couldn’t get rid of those, could we?

The new menu is available from TODAY, so whether you’re popping in for a few plates or making a whole evening of it, there’s something new to get stuck into.

Thursday 26th November | Christmas by Candlelight
Make an evening of Mercia Marina's Christmas Light Switch On and Late Night Shopping before joining us upstairs for live music from Wil Pearson, surrounded by festive candlelight.
Choose from our full tapas menu or three-course festive menu, with complimentary live music.

Thursday 3rd December | ABBA Christmas Party Night
Our sell-out ABBA night is back! £50pp includes a welcome drink, three-course festive meal and live, interactive ABBA tribute duo.
Perfect for our friends working in hospitals and hospitality, or anyone who fancies a Thursday night out. You can always book Friday off, right?

Friday 4th December | Boogie Wonderland
Three-course festive meal, live 70s duo and dancing until midnight. £50pp.

A FIVE FOR TEAM COMPAMIGOS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently had our EHO inspection from
and are very happy to say we’ve been awarded a 5-star food hygiene rating!

A huge amount of work has gone into this. Ben, Luke and Rich have worked hard on the procedures and processes we have in place, but those procedures only mean something when the whole team gets behind them, and that’s exactly what they’ve done.

Every member of our kitchen team, our KPs and our front-of-house team has played a part in maintaining those standards every single day... from the big things right down to all the little jobs that just become part of a normal shift.

So a big well done to the whole Compamigos team. A proper team effort and a result we’re really pleased with. 👏

A Morning of Witchcraft & Wizardry is coming to Compamigos! Compamigos Derby | Tapas Bar & Restaurant

On Tuesday 27th October, families can step into a magical, Harry Potter-inspired breakfast morning, with one of Hogwarts’ very own pupils joining the fun! 🧙‍♀️⚡

Expect games, plenty of interaction, Hogwarts-inspired decorations and magical photo opportunities around the restaurant. 📸✨

Breakfast is included too, with adults choosing from the main breakfast menu and little witches and wizards choosing from the kids’ menu. 🥞🍳

Say hello to Boogie Wonderland, our 70s Christmas party night, coming to Compamigos on Friday 4th December.

We’ve got a three-course festive dinner, a live 70s duo getting everyone involved, and then we’re carrying on with drinks and dancing until midnight.

Perfect for work Christmas parties, groups of friends, family get-togethers… or anyone who doesn’t need much convincing to get on a dance floor after a couple of drinks

Our essential seasonal staff training is tonight. An opportunity to improve our service, learn from feedback and plan for upcoming events and menu changes!

We will be closing our doors shortly after last orders at 6pm so the whole team can focus on their training session

What a moment. And so, so deserved. ❤️

We couldn’t be happier to see Hannah receive a Pride of Britain Award for the incredible work she has done through Hannah's Hope Charity.

What started as Hannah’s determination to create something positive from the most unimaginable circumstances has grown into something truly special. Hannah’s Hope now provides a beautiful respite lodge here at Mercia Marina, giving teenagers and young adults going through cancer treatment, and their families, somewhere to escape hospital life, spend time together and simply breathe.

And Hannah isn’t stopping there. Her next dream is to create a permanent Hannah’s Hope shop, building on the amazing support the original shop received and helping the charity continue its work for years to come.
