Want to learn how to crochet, or polish up on your skills? Hi! I’m Shelby and I’ve been crocheting for 16 years and I’m now offering private crochet lessons in Willand. I have experience with many different stitches and love creating unique crochet garments and blankets.I have taught several people how to crochet with great success and am a very patient tutor. No matter if you have no experience but wish to learn, or for those who already know some basics but would like to get better or just need some help with a project (from working out patterns, to working out guaging and how to make your own custom designs, or learning new stitches). I can come to you if you are in the village (as I don’t personally drive), or you can come to me- whatever you prefer. Lessons cost £10 per hour. Bring your own yarn and hooks. Handspun yarn is available to buy if you would like (although not recommended for complete beginners, but can make good gifts for crafty loved ones or as a treat for yourself for more experienced crocheters), and you can borrow my personal hooks for the duration of the lesson(s) but are not available for you to take home afterwards. I also take on custom commission projects and orders if you’d like sometging special made for a loved one but don’t fancy making it yourself.
