Through his story, the Narrator guides the audience through the melting pot of indie rock, dance music and alternative culture whilst experiencing the sounds of these iconic bands performed live on stage by top touring tribute bands. The show flawlessly recreates the distinctive sounds of Manchester’s 80’s and 90’s music scene, from the legendary Haçienda and acid house parties, to Spike Island and Oasis’s iconic concert at Knebworth. That Night in Manchester is for anyone with a love for anything MADCHESTER as it combines the infectious energy and intoxicating sounds of bands such as Joy Division, The Smiths, The Stone Roses, Happy Mondays, Oasis and many more, with a behind the scenes, under the skin account of the highs and lows of the bands, record companies and iconic venues that made up this pivotal period in music history.
