🔽T-TOTAL🔽

▪️Over the past 10 years, I’ve definitely overdone the booze more than I should have & when I knew I was getting my knee sorted, I thought, you know what, I’m going to give this a proper go.

▪️Not just for my recovery, but for my overall health, mindset and to get myself more focused than ever. This year has already been massive for me & things are about to get even bigger.

▪️Most hangovers for me would last the best part of a week, s**tty moods, negative thinking and just feeling like absolute s**t. I’d had enough of it.

▪️I’m now 60 days in, nearly 3 stone down & honestly… I feel ten times better. So much so that I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever have another b**r.

▪️A lot more weights will be involved once I feel confident enough my knee can take it & im certainly nowhere near what I want to be but looking back at being nearly 18 stone, lethargic & unfit makes me feel uneasy & disappointed I let myself get to that!

▪️And just to be clear, I’m certainly not against anyone who drinks. As a chef, I’ve probably put away more than ten times the average person over the years… & then some!

▪️For me, this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time & getting myself ready for the next stages in my career & how I want it to go means that changes needed to be implemented.

▪️I’d never normal post a photo of me topless with my chippy t**s out but I’m pretty proud of the journey me & my wife are on & if it gives someone a bit of push then it’s a story well shared!

▪️Let’s see what the next chapter brings…

▪️ Proper buttys, filled to the brim, just how I make the pies! These will be changing up weekly and will be part of the grab & go menu.

▪️ As always, I’ll only be using the best produce and loading them up with plenty of it!
