Piercing Policies and T&Cs
Age Requirements & Consent:
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at their piercing appointment. The parent or legal guardian must provide valid identification and sign our consent form before the piercing can be performed.
Minimum Age Requirements:
The following minimum age restrictions apply:
* Nose: 14+
* Navel: 14+
* Helix & other ear cartilage piercings: 14+
* Eyebrow: 16+
* Lip: 16+
* Septum: 16+
* Tongue: 18+
Piercings We Do Not Offer:
For safety and professional reasons, we do not perform the following piercings:
* Bridge
* Snake Eyes
* Ge***al piercings
Jewellery Policy:
We use only high-quality sterile titanium jewellery for all initial piercings. For safety and hygiene reasons, clients may not supply their own jewellery for initial piercings.
Children's Appointments:
We understand that piercings can be a daunting experience for children. If the sterile needle and jewellery have already been opened and your child decides not to proceed, a £10 fee will apply to cover the cost of the opened equipment.
Ear Piercing Appointments:
If both ears have been booked and one ear is pierced, but your child decides not to have the second ear pierced, the full appointment price will still be payable.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may have their appointment cancelled or rescheduled, as we work to a full appointment schedule.
Deposits:
We do not require a deposit to book an appointment. However, if you fail to attend without notice, a deposit will be required for any future bookings.
Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
