Weather – Do you close the Aquapark if it raining? Weather can be unpredictable and events do have to be cancelled occasionally. High winds, lightning and thunderstorms are our main concerns. Cancelling an event can be a huge inconvenience for both participants and ourselves, However your safety is paramount and we would appreciate your understanding. If bad weather affects a booking it will
be rescheduled by Fenland Aquapark at no extra charge to you for a later date. We will make every effort to reschedule it as soon as possible. No refunds will be given. Please ensure you have provided us with all your contact details and include the mobile phone number you will have with you on the day. If you have any questions, please speak to a member of staff prior to your activity or give us a call beforehand. Availability – when are you open? Fenland Aquapark is open subject to the availability of dates, facilities and staff. Please check the availability chart on www.fenlandaquapark.com
Duration and Time of Activity – How long are the sessions? Each Aquapark session is 60 minutes on the water. We aim to start sessions promptly at the agreed time and we try to stick to these times as closely as possible. However, there is no guarantee that you will complete your Activity at the exact time given on your booking confirmation. Please allow plenty of time on site and we recommend that you arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your chosen start time, and you will need a minimum of 30 minutes afterwards, to allow time for changing etc,
Corporate & Group Bookings – Can I book for a group? Group bookings are welcome – please contact us by telephone to arrange. Spectators – can I bring friends to spectate? Gildenburgh Water is a large site with plenty of outdoor space. Spectators will be more than welcome to watch you, and we expect youngsters to bring an adult with them. But we also have to comply with current government Covid-19 guidelines. When booking your date please check our website for updated details.
