Tynemouth Choral Society

Tynemouth Choral Society Established in 1967, the Tynemouth Choral Society rehearse in Whitley Bay. New members welcome! We have over 40 members, and we welcome new members.

The Tynemouth Choral Society is a non-auditioned choir singing great choral works. We sing three concerts a year, and often perform with an orchestra. We rehearse on Monday evenings from 7pm to 9pm in St Mary's Church in Whitley Bay.

Next weekend, we are looking forward to singing the Mozart Requiem as well as some lovely arias and other choral works.
We are delighted to announce that we will be joined by fantastic soloists.

Austin Gunn (Tenor)
Andri Björn Róbertsson (Bass)
Michael Haynes (Organ)
Tickets are £15 and these include a programme and a drink. Tickets are available on the door.
We look forward to welcoming you on 9th May at 7:30pm at St Mary's, Whitley Bay.

What fun we had!

Thank you to everyone who came to the Tynemouth Choral Society concert yesterday evening! It was wonderful to see so many people there. We had a great time singing for you all.
We'll be back rehearsing on Monday and getting ready for our next concert in December.
