Whitchurch Folk Club is looking for new volunteers to keep it running, as it moves into its second decade since its relaunch in 2017.

Almost 10 years later its main goal remains – to bring some of the UK’s finest folk musicians to Whitchurch, offering world-class concerts and gigs in an intimate and inclusive setting – but this wouldn’t be possible without a core of dedicated volunteers.

One vacancy is for a bar manager. You’d need to buy and maintain bar stock and also run the bar on gig nights. There’s usually help available, and on the dates you can’t make, other volunteers are always willing to step in.
