Sunday tomorrow June 7th it's Folk at the Hall. Singers and Musicians all welcome. The Chapel Hall at Briggswath YO21 1RS will be open from 1 pm and music starts at 1.30pm A great mix of acoustic blues folk and spoken word. You'll love it - we do!
Refreshments and fresh snacks available. Come early. Finishes at 4.30pm.

Hi Folks, Dont forget our special night of maritime music at Briggswath Chapel Hall. Just to remind you that it's a packed line up we've been able to bring to this special night. We've got Boathook Bald (Last of the Poole Prawn Fishermen), The Bridge Shanty Crew, Steve & Julie Wigley, The Hornsea Shanty Lasses Steve Turner and our own Beth Burrows. What a Sunday we had at Folk at the Hall. Thank you to everyone who came , to all the singers and particularly ROGER SUTCLIFFE for a wonderful spot. He was just brilliant. Thank you also to Steve & Helen for finishing it all off and to Beth, Julia, Dennis, Jill and Dor for helping run the event. Will definitely see you again first Sunday in June. This Sunday May 3rd where will you be? Folk at the Hall is back with a fab variety of acoustic music at Briggswath Chapel Hall from 1.30pm, plus some great Blues from the much loved Singer and Guitar player Roger Sutcliffe,celebrating his 80th year with a half hour set. Add a bunch of friendly faces and our snacks and refreshments Bar to make it a great afternoon session. Your mc is Beth Burrows. Hi Folks,
I agree that there's been more than a little confusion lately but it has now been decided that we will be staying at the Chapel Hall in Briggswath, certainly for the coming months. It's a cosy room, well maintained, clean and warm plus parking is much better. So we shall see you the first Sunday of each month at the Chapel Hall. We'll also be using the venue for concerts, the first of which will be on May 16th. More news on that later....Go well and see all soon.www.greatnorthfolk.com
