❤️ AFTER TWO LONG YEARS… I’VE FINALLY GOT THE GO-AHEAD! ❤️

After around two years of appointments, tests, assessments and what has felt like the longest journey, I can finally say that I’ve been given the go-ahead to become a kidney donor. 🫘❤️

I honestly can’t put into words how happy I am. It’s been a long and emotional process, but knowing that I could potentially give somebody the chance of a healthier, happier future makes every single step worth it.

I’m so grateful that I’m able to do something that could make such a huge difference to somebody’s life. I just hope that, in the end, my kidney can give someone the future they deserve. ❤️

There’s still a journey ahead, but today I’m allowing myself to celebrate this moment.

Two years later… WE’RE FINALLY HERE. 🥹❤️

Here’s to hoping this is the start of something truly life-changing. 🫘✨

Just a little reminder going forward — please only book an appointment if you’re able to attend. I completely understand that sometimes things change and plans don’t always go to plan. If you do need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. This gives me a chance to offer the appointment to somebody else.

A little reminder regarding appointments, please.

If you’re going to be late or can no longer make your appointment, please let me know in advance. I completely understand that things can happen, but I’m getting increasingly frustrated with people confirming appointments and then simply not turning up.

When someone doesn’t show, I lose that appointment slot and the income I could have made from offering it to someone else. 💗

Going forward, payment will be taken upfront when booking for the £10 piercing deal.

This is simply to protect my time and my small business and to prevent appointment slots being wasted.

🎓✨ SECOND YEAR — PASSED! ✨🎓

I honestly can’t believe I’m writing this… I’ve officially passed my second year of my BSc (Honours) Sport, Fitness and Coaching degree with The Open University! 🥹❤️

It hasn’t been an easy journey, and there have been so many times I’ve doubted myself, felt overwhelmed and wondered if I could actually do it. But I kept pushing, kept studying and refused to give up.

Two years down… ONE YEAR TO GO! 🎓🙌

I’m so incredibly proud of myself and how far I’ve come. This journey has challenged me in so many ways, but I’m proving to myself that I can achieve the things I set my mind to.

One more year and I’ll officially have my degree! 🥹🎓❤️

Year 3… LET’S DO THIS! 💪🏼📚🎓

💗 UPDATE 💗

Unfortunately, I’ve had to close Em’s Mobile Piercing Pad today as I’ve woken up experiencing vertigo. I’m extremely dizzy and the room is spinning, so I’m not feeling well enough to safely carry out any piercings today.

I’m really sorry to anyone who had an appointment booked or was planning on coming along today. Your safety is always my number one priority, and I don’t want to carry out any procedures while I’m feeling like this.

Hopefully, with some rest, I’ll be feeling better and back to normal as soon as possible.
