AsOne theatre company has been serving its community, and touring 10 counties in the S. SW and W England over the past 21 years - yet has not one nod from its town-base during the Weymouth and Portland Towns of Culture - despite throwing its experienced hat into the funding-ring.

AsOne theatre company however asks that to cheer us up you take a look at our body of quality work - we have sometimes thrived, always survived, and now aged 21 years ask for your feedback!
Do we get the "key to freedom of the Town"? Can we "drive our theatrical sheep over the Town Bridge"?

We have favoured real Dorset stories to create our new plays - always new writing. with playwrights; designers: musicians; composers; poets; aerialists; puppeteers; actors; singers; voice over artists; technical designers/crew associates - all mentioned online.

So please click on this link to be transported to our Dorset Community researched and developed projects and plays from 2004 - 2025

https://www.as-onetheatre.co.uk/past-productions/

Please take a look at our remarkable journey - we are so proud! Please tell
us why we are not trumpeted from the roof tops for our community based work and new writing touring out of Dorset taking both its universal, and unique stories far and wide.

Our Story

“All ‘As One’ productions are vibrant and take us to places we haven’t been before – last nights performance of Escaping the Storm was really exceptional. Loved the way play and cast captured Portland and your unflinching but affectionate warts and all exploration of Marie Stopes”. Sue Worth.
