The Little Mermaid – Easter Panto 2026 ✨🧜‍♀️
Coming to Weymouth Pavilion on Sunday 12th April.

We’re excited to announce that Octavia, the Sea Witch, will be played by the talented Lewis Denny!

Lewis has performed across the globe with his solo show and as part of the four-part harmony group ‘Troubadour,’ entertaining on cruise lines including Fred Olsen, Cunard, P&O, TUI, Warner Leisure Hotels, Haven, and Away Resorts. He is also known for his comedic alter-ego, ‘Northumberland’s Favourite Mam,’ Karen The Mam, performing sell-out shows and gaining a huge following on social media.

In 2025, Lewis starred as the Cowardly Lion on the UK tour of The Wizard of Oz, appeared in a commercial for The Works bookstore as Peter Kay, and launched his new show “Geordie Boy,” paying tribute to Frankie Valli and the Jersey Boys.

Trained at SA Performing Arts Centre, Lewis can’t wait to bring magic and mischief to Weymouth this Easter!

The Little Mermaid – Easter Panto 2026 ✨🧜‍♀️
Coming to Weymouth Pavilion on Sunday 12th April.

We’re thrilled to announce that Dame Daisy will be played by the fabulous Jamie Riding!

Born and raised in Dorset, Jamie trained at the Jellicoe Theatre, Bournemouth and Poole College, and has become one of the UK’s top Pantomime Dames, as well as a talented actor, writer, and family entertainer. His professional credits include roles in Jack and the Beanstalk, The Wizard of Oz, Peter Pan, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Cinderella, Aladdin, and The Little Mermaid.

Jamie is also the proud custodian of the working costume collection of the late John Inman, making him the third generation to wear these legendary Dame outfits. Beyond the stage, he has been a professional Punch and Judy Professor for over a decade, celebrating 10 years of his ‘Professor JR’ show, performing at events across the UK, including the Covent Garden May Fayre and Puppetry Festival. Jamie also delights families with his comedy magic show, Magic Jay.

He can’t wait to bring laughter and magic to Weymouth this Easter and hopes everyone has a truly fin-tastic time under the sea! 🌊

The Little Mermaid – Easter Panto 2026 ✨🧜‍♀️
Coming to Weymouth Pavilion on Sunday 12th April.

We’re delighted to announce that Sheldon the Crab will be played by the brilliant Ben Langley!

One of the UK’s hardest working variety acts, Ben performs internationally for Haven Resorts, Disney Cruise Ships, and as a fly-out headliner for TUI Holiday Villages and Sensatori across Europe. He has supported Joe Pasquale and Paul Zerdin, and appeared on Britain's Got Talent, Detectorists, Worzel Gummidge, You Bet! and Treasure Champs.

Best known for his hilarious “misheard lyrics” routine on BGT - which has racked up over 30 million YouTube views - Ben has also played the comic in 20 pantomimes and for the past seven years has starred in the Christmas Spectacular at the Hippodrome Circus.

We can’t wait for him to bring the laughs to Weymouth this Easter! 🌊

The Little Mermaid – Easter Panto 2026 ✨🧜‍♀️
Coming to Weymouth Pavilion on Sunday 12th April.

We’re thrilled to announce Prince Evan will be played by the fantastic JJ Hamblett!

Born in Newmarket, Suffolk, JJ began his career as a professional jockey before rising to fame on The X Factor in 2012 as a member of Union J. The band went on to achieve four Top 10 singles, a Top 10 album and a UK Number 1, alongside a sold-out arena tour and a BBC Radio 1 Teen Award.

Since then, JJ has built a successful acting career, appearing in feature films including Tango One and Once Upon a Time in London, as well as presenting for ITV Racing and Sky Sports Racing. He reunited with Union J for a special show at the London Palladium and has also supported Christina Aguilera on her UK tour.

We can’t wait to see him back on the stage in Weymouth this Easter! 🌊
