Selling out arenas with ease, Skan is proud to have supplied conscious hip hop artist DAVE with a state-of-the-art PA system in addition to working with Hz Audio which provided the tour's boards, monitors and RF equipment.

The UK / Euro tour came to an end this week, where DAVE’s musicianship took centre stage. As the BBC noted, he has truly transcended rapper status.

Thanks to Paddy Hocken Productions for having us along for part of the live evolution of one of Britain's most compelling artists.

To close 2025, we were thrilled to be working with our long-time client, the DJ, broadcaster, and dance music titan Pete Tong and his team again for the hugely popular Ibiza Classics.

The nationwide tour was led by Production Manager Paddy Hocken, with sound reinforcement from Skan.

Pete and musical collaborator Jules Buckley’s unique classical-house experiences have been selling out venues for 10 years now, testament to the staying power of this event’s reimagined club anthems. Orchestral arrangements for The Essential Orchestra delivered beautiful renditions of much-loved rave tracks for vocalists including Clementine Douglas & Jacob Lusk.

During their summer of top tier live appearances across the UK, Ireland and Europe, Snow Patrol took a Skan FOH package out, alongside our expert audio techs.

Their 2025 festival calendar came to an end this week, with a final show at Suikerrock in Belgium, but a highlight for us on this circuit was the visit to Bospop festival in the Netherlands where our new colleagues from Ampco Flashlight deployed the main stage PA system.

In 2015, when conductor Jules Buckley joined forces with DJ, broadcaster and dance music stalwart Pete Tong for BBC Radio 1’s late-night Prom coverage, it was the start of a genre-bending reinvention of how audiences from different worlds could enjoy live concerts.

This perfect blend of classic and electronic music was the creation of Ibiza Classics.

And last weekend, Pete brought the transformative collective back to where it all began - London’s Royal Albert Hall - for a four-night reunion ‘Celebrating The Best Of 10 Years’.

Skan PA Hire was thrilled to supply audio equipment and crew for the occasion.

The venue describes the event as “a jaw-dropping audio-visual experience that pays musical homage to Ibiza… with infectious, energetic dance culture, Ibiza Classics brings a new dimension to everyone’s favourite tunes.”

We couldn’t agree more. Here’s to the next 10!

The UK/Euro leg of Snow Patrol’s ‘The Forest is the Path’ tour - in support of new album of the same name - came to a heady conclusion in Northern Ireland over the weekend at Belfast’s SSE Arena.

Skan PA Hire delivered a PA system and FOH package for the Irish-Scottish rock band’s crew, who took our equipment across 10 countires in Europe before live duties will resume in North America at the end of this month.
