Our Autumn Timetable is here and we start back on Tuesday 1st September with classes every day!
It’s nearly September - and it’s time to make time for ‘You’ again.
We still have new people joining us, so if you are thinking of trying our easy to follow, aerobic class, please come and try it!
No booking is required.

My son Buddy does Go karting at a high standard, and last weekend he won a ticket to the World finals which is huge!

As if things weren’t good enough. Buddy has now been nominated for driver of the day Wera Tools British Kart Championships which is absolutely mind blowing (1 of 5 candidates of over 200 drivers!)
