It was eyes down for bingo 👀😁

With a fresh stock of Gold Bars up for grabs it was a fun competitive afternoon in the cinema room recently 😁

We had prizes for one line, two lines and a full house. Margaret and Vi were our luckiest winners but everyone won a line and a choice of chocolate or gold bar 🥰

Save the date … we are planning a Bingo Coffee Morning on Tuesday, 7th July at 11am. Everyone is welcome.

It was a very Happy Father’s Day at Windsor Court 🧡🥂🎶💃

In honour of Father’s Day, we held a special celebration for all the father figures in our lives 🥰

We had so much fun this afternoon. Our dancers were up on the floor and everyone joined in with the singing!

Joe Cockx - Everyone's Favourite Grandson did a fabulous performance filled with songs from the 60’s including Let’s Twist Again, Return to Sender, Under the Boardwalk and Glad all Over. Everyone said how wonderful it was 💃🎶

It was a fabulous afternoon filled with love as families and friends joined their loved ones 🥰🧡

A special thank you goes to Everyone’s Favourite Grandson for making our afternoon so wonderful.

Our residents held a party on Oak with beers, wines and cheeses to keep the World Cup spirit going, while we wait for England’s next match 🤞😁

We also had a bit of a quiz involving all the different flags with Dina 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇮🇪😁

Our very own carer, Taz, has won a well deserved Kindness in Care Award 🥰

Taz is one of those lovely people who just love helping others. She works so hard to do everything ‘just right’ and how each resident wants it. She always helps her colleagues. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She is truly wonderful and brilliant at her job 🧡

Taz has been awarded a Kindness in Care Award following a nomination by a colleague, and we couldn’t be more proud of her.

Congratulations Taz on your very well deserved award 👏✨

When residents suggested an ABBA party we just had to do it 😁🎶💃

We threw open our doors to the community and residents from the whole home joined in. It was wonderful 🥰. We boogied the afternoon away, enjoyed a little🍷and made new friends.

Today we wished a very Happy 80th Birthday to our much loved resident Margaret 🎂🎈🧡

Margaret has had a lovely day celebrating with family, residents and staff.

Her beautiful birthday cake was lovingly made by our wonderful Kitchen Assistant Jane. It is like a work of art 🥰

Oak became the venue for residents to get creative, with a spot of watercolour painting this morning 🎨🖌️🧡

The paintings are very beautiful and have been laminated will be on display around the home 👍

Well done to Ann, Margaret and Audrey for working so hard on them today 🥰
