Today is a big one for us after almost 5 years, it's Sophie Jane Holt 's last day. 💛

If you've ever rung us, emailed us, or been welcomed through our doors, chances are it was Soph on the other end. She's been the voice and the heart of Lock & Code for as long as most of you have known us.

Over the years she's gone above and beyond to make games special, dressing up as a witch, bursting in with prosecco, decorating rooms, and even helping people pull off proposals (no pressure!). Behind the scenes she's kept the whole show running too: building Christmas rooms, helping create new games, looking after the team, and making sure the boss actually pays the bills on time. 😅

Quite simply, she's one of the best people I've ever worked with, and Lock & Code wouldn't be what it is without her.

Soph, thank you for everything. You'll be hugely missed by the team and by every player whose day you made that little bit more magical. Wishing you all the best on your next adventure. This one's going to be a hard puzzle to solve without you. ❤️🔐
