Finally getting somewhere... viewed a place today and the owner could not be more accommodating offering to put up extra walls and ceilings .... need to consider a few more options and work a few other things out also need to go up with tape measure to get a rough size of room/ rooms.... once a wall has been put in ..

Ok update.. still looking for a location.. may have one but it's near Banwell but has a fair bit of parking... can't progress with business planning until I get a price on location for the for casting spread sheets... oh the joys of all them figures...
