Not only are there regular classes in the local area but coming soon there is an amazing event with Dance Fit Bath at Komedia! 2-4pm (so you can maybe get a Five Guys after 🥵🍔 😆) this will be like Daytime Clubbing but with a whole load of fitness on the side

You dont have to be super fit to join in, just into the music and vibes because thats the core of it all! 🎵
