This time to Simon Birbeck of Wild Adventures will again be leading our popular foraging expeditions at the festival this year, guiding groups around the surrounding fields and hedgerows to explain the benefits and occasional dangers of our natural flora, some of which (under his expert guidance) you'll be able to handle and even consume!
