Next in our series of profiles of the brilliant cast bringing us "Whodunnit" by Anthony Shaffer is Ashley Lovell.

Ashley has returned to the stage for Whodunnit after a 15 year gap while she became mother to her son Dillon. She has previously performed in musicals such as Cabaret, West Side Story, Sweeney Todd and Annie Get Your Gun as well as dramas such as Black Snow, In the Garden, Under Milkwood and Tomb with a View.
Ashley works for the NHS where she leads communications for children and young people’s services across Surrey. She previously worked at Scotland Yard as a Press Officer where she gained an FBI commendation and prior to that, she was a producer/director at the BBC.
Ashley is delighted to be in Whodunnit and particularly enjoys comedy acting and playing ‘obtuse characters’ such as Lady Tremurrain. She is pleased she managed to recruit her pal Neil Long to play Rear Admiral Knatchbull, both making their debuts at The Barn.
