This is a first for our business… please read

As all of our amazing customers are aware of we take great pride in our Castles and customer service. Yesterday we hired out our under the sea castle to some people who I will post a video of later who took it upon themselves to get face paints smothered all inside of our castles despite me speaking to them the night before and specifically saying “please make sure there is no face paint inside or around the castle as it would be a huge loss to our business as it’s nearly impossible for the paint to come out. Once the guys went to collect the castle they noticed face paint on the castle and the female had started to get really aggressive and make videos of the guys. As you can imagine we have the castle’s go out daily and we do not let our customers down if anything we save the day when customers have been let down yesterday we were at a charity event from 8am-8pm with another 15+ castles going out for children’s parties, So the guys were stressed enough so they asked the female to clean or pay for the castle to get professionally cleaned as the terms and conditions state which she signed because ot ur castles had just come back from a clean the night before. The female has then took it upon herself to post the guys on social media without permission. when we deliver Castles, we expect to collect them in the same condition we dropped them off respect works both ways But this customer has been very disrespectful. I will be more than happy to share information of this female with local companies so they stay well away from them.
The face paint was a lot worse. I have only managed to screenshot this one wall and the floor of the videos. 😕
