About The People’s Box Office
The People’s Box Office is a new community initiative to nurture and grow community, arts & music projects and events in Sandwell and the surrounds. Run by volunteers from The People’s Orchestra this seedling project is the initial stages of what will become a community trust for Sandwell, based here at the Town Hall. Ticket Sales: The Box Office gives organisations
across the Black Country a one stop shop for ticket sales and event promotion, with prices kept permanently low to boost income for individuals and companies alike. Marketing: By bringing groups together in one place The People’s Box Office reduces the cost of marketing events to the public by collaborative marketing in printed press, across social media and through leaflet and poster distribution. Funding: The People’s Box Office are also helping organisations with funding with training and help sessions as well as Sandwell Soup which micro-funds small community projects. Forum: At The People’s Box Office we now how important it is to find out what’s needed in the local area, to ask the public for their views and establish need.
