The next track from our new album has just been released.
'The Dance' is the joyful, vibrant first movement from Edward Elgar's 'From the Bavarian Highlands'. Its subtitle, 'Sonnenbichl', is named after a hillside overlooking Garmisch where Elgar enjoyed a holiday in 1894, acting as the inspiration for this wonderful collection of 6 songs, set to poems written by his wife Alice.

What a special performance at beautiful Bath Abbey! A standing ovation followed this evening of thrilling 20th century music from Bernstein, John Rutter and Judge Smith.
Here are a few photos featuring wonderful treble Maurice Marten, brass ensemble from Bath Philharmonia, organist Rufus Frowde, 'Wicked' rock band, musical director David Temple and Judge Smith himself!
