Painting the feeling, not just the view 🌿🎨

There’s something so special about taking inspiration from what’s right in front of you, then letting go of the need for it to look exactly like what you see.

Layers, movement, colour, texture… just allowing the landscape to become something completely your own.

This is the kind of painting I love most, intuitive, imperfect and completely freeing. 🤍

Words can’t describe the feeling of watching a vision you’ve held in your heart come to life. ✨

Over five years ago, we both wrote in our journals that one day we wanted to create a space where women could come together to rest, heal and slow down.

We promised ourselves that the pain we’d experienced wouldn’t be wasted—that we’d learn from it and use it to shape something meaningful for others.

This weekend, that dream became a reality.

Watching a group of incredible, like-minded women experience moments of joy, peace, creativity and connection was something we’ll never forget. It has only ignited the fire that was already burning within us.

The retreat we so desperately needed during our own hardest seasons has finally become a place that now exists for others.

Our hearts are so full. Thank you to every single woman who trusted us enough to be part of our very first Canvas & Calm retreat. This is only the beginning. 🤍✨
