Starlight Dance & Musical Theatre school was established in February 2009 founded by professional Dancer/Choreographer Jacc Batch BA (Hons) TBDAF in Kettering and is now the UK's largest independent dance and musical theatre schools. f dance and theatre training including classes covering Commercial, Street, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Jazz and Lyrical and many more. Students here at the school are given many opportunities to perform in local events and full production shows. Here at the school we pride ourselves on the quality of training received by our students Performances and examinations are optional and we also offer a wide range of classes for those looking to dance for fun, fitness or to simply learn a new skill. We have classes to suit all ages and abilities and we always welcome new members to our ever growing family. After training at Starlight past students have been accepted at Millennium Dance, The Urdang Academy, The Italia Conti Academy, Midlands Academy of Dance, London College of Music, The Brit School, Elmhurst School of Ballet, Laine Theatre Arts & various Dance / performance based courses at National Diploma & Degree level. Our students have worked for various television projects such as London 2012 Olympics, Channel 4, Raw Productions, Kelloggs and Walkers Crisps. We have also celebrated theatre success with students starring in west end shows in London such as The Snowman, Matilda and Charlie and the chocolate factory. All classes at the school are taught by fully trained industry professionals and all members of our faculty hold a DBS check (Previously known as CRB).
