SUMMER FITNESS PARTY tomorrow evening at The Venue, Navenby 18:00 - 20:00.

If you have ever thought of trying one of my classes make tomorrow the night… the session is free but you must book your space by messaging me before you arrive.

We have lots of classes to choose from and some fun fitness games.. starting with Cardio fit at 18:00, a strengthen & tone AMRAP special at 18:45, Zumba at 19:00 with Zumba Lincoln and Pilates at 19:45
